You know how you're about to hang out with your friends and you just know that you're going to have a great time?
Well that's because you can sense from the start that the was just right, your friends, the place you went to and everything about the night was the you needed to have a fun night out with your friends!
I'm here to tell you, there can actually things you can do to set that so you're not just feeling great by chance...but you're creating your own joy, you own fun, your own

but why do i need to set the vibe?
Setting the vibe allows you to take ownership of your own existence. It's telling the Universe "I know how I want to feel" which is a powerful way of claiming your role as the master of your Universe and the creator of your own bliss.
Also, from a practical point of view, it helps you be prepared for the week. In order to create your own joy, you need to at least put in the effort of adding in the elements to your life that you know will help set your vibe, to how you want it to be.
Yes, I know you might be questioning how will this guarantee that I have a great week or day or that the vibe will be actually what I want it to be. And my answer to you is it does not.
There are absolutely no guarantees in life there are just probabilities. As in, the sun will probably come out tomorrow but can anyone 100% guarantee it will? Nope!!
So, what that means is that all we can do is just our best to move the needle towards the probability we do want. Cause not doing anything at all, will definitely make us more prone to having the same vibe we've had before. And that's fine of course if you're into it..
